What is MetaChange...
Are you confused and frustrated with all the different diets, theories and advice on the market? Sick and tired of being sick and tired? Much of my practices are rooted in our ancestral health, you may have heard of “Primal/Paleo.” I will teach you how to reach optimal health, using ancestral living adapted to our modern day conditions. Having optimal health encompasses nutrition, exercise, sleep patterns, stress management, the importance of community. MetaChange addresses all areas.
